renegade craft fair: austin {recap}

This weekend I had the great pleasure of going to the renegade craft fair in Austin (and, of course, I dragged some reluctant friends there as well). I met so many talented artists and was definitely inspired to (maybe) start an etsy of sorts for myself. Magnolia Photobooth Co set up a booth there with lots of props, so my friends and I took the liberty of getting some free prints. (:

I can honestly say that every booth there was full of talent and innovation. I can't believe I didn't go last year! There's not enough room to display all the talent in this post, but here are a few of my favorites that I saw at the show.

(right) ecce prints, you make me happy when skies are gray 8x10 print, $15
(left) little things studio, "come thou fount" 8.5x11 print, $14

(left) letterpress delicacies, famous bicycle built for two card, $4.50
(right) medium control goods, this is the futura bag, $39

(right) paper + twine, inspiration log, $22
(left) pommesfrites, hollow book safe, $25

(right) molly m designs, laser cut branch coasters, $36 for 4
(left) makeATX, laser cut bonsai pop-up card

Last but certainly not least, Paloma's Nest (one of my favorites) is opening a flagship boutique in Austin on June 15th that I am so excited about! I met Caroline and her husband, Jose, at the fair and bought a few goodies for some friends. I love their handcrafted work because it's simple, but beautiful.

If you're in Austin next year (or in any of their locations) you should go!
