{on the road} tennessee

So I'm at this slightly questionable Days Inn in Roanoke, VA, but I'm glad I'm getting to post about Tennessee tonight. I took a ridiculous amount of pictures because we stopped in Nashville, so here we go!

lunched at athens family restaurant chosen by my dad, as seen on diners, drive-ins & dives

(clockwise from top left: AMAZING hummus, bacon lamb burger, crab cake burger, gyro sandwich)

Alright, well sadly the internet here is not the best. We're next to all these mountains and have to hop on other open internet networks, which means slow connection and no more photos for tonight. I hope you all have been enjoying "following" me in this journey! Tomorrow we'll finish the rest of it, arriving in Arlington, VA - my new home. I still can't believe this! You'd think it'd hit me by now...

Wait I'm a little confused here... are you driving with your family? Because I saw the pictures from on the highway and the diner and I thought to myself: a) did she take those photos while driving?? and b) did she order all that food?? =P

@kaleb: definitely not! i took pics of my brother & dad's food as well.
@anonymous: thanks! i use a canon rebel xti. super old compared to all the new dslr's with video capabilities, but it does the job!
@nat'lie: i did! i drove with my dad and brother, haha. no, i didn't photograph while driving (though i have before on my phone) or eat all that food. (:
