happy weekend!

Not gonna lie, this is really what I would love to do this weekend.  Too bad it's been raining here, I have no such dock to read on, and it's been a while since I've gotten to simply sit down with a good book.  At the very least I have Kinfolk (more on that another time).  Anyhow, it's been a busy week, but a good one nonetheless.  Looking forward to many things in the near future!  Here are some links for your weekend:

+ Ahhh...freak out!  Fig. 2 Design's in Martha Stewart Weddings online and in print.  I've been bursting inside to see this come to life - and it's here!  Read more about how this all came about on the Fig. 2 blog.

+ The March/April edition of RUE (an online magazine featuring everything from fashion and food to DIY projects and home decor) is out!  "Flip" through the pages here - this is a must-read for me this weekend.  This edition features blogger sections, including one of my favorites, Oh Joy!

+ My friends Holly & Hao got married in Texas back in August.  Amy (Branching Out Events) and I worked on this labor of love for our dear friends as she did the florals and I coordinated (she was also a bridesmaid, can you believe it?!).  Kim did her thing, worked the lenses, and got it all published on The Lovely Find!

+ Maybe I'm a little late on this (I don't often listen to the radio), but I'm loving We Are Young - Fun.  I've probably missed a season or more of GLEE (I used to watch religiously), but I recently saw their rendition of the tune on YouTube and it just makes me happy.

xoxo

Yes, unfortunately it is too cold (and raining to boot) to do that just yet here (as in read while on a dock).

Lea :

It's been raining like crazy here in Portland, too. RUE is pretty awesome—I had never seen it before!
