who are you spending your time with the most? are they the types of people you want to be more like, the types of people that inspire you, tell you like it is even when it's hard? i've come to find that true blue kind of friends are a rarity in life, and keeping them when afar is a hard thing to do. but those kinds of friends won't forget you or leave you in the dust. when you find a gem of a friend, keep them close – cause after 20 they're one in a million.
“In your entire life, you can probably count your true friends on one hand. Maybe even on one finger. Those are the friends you need to cherish, and I wouldn't trade one of them for a hundred of the other kind. I'd rather be completely alone than with a bunch of people who aren't real. People who are just passing time.”

Beautifully written. I find that true friends are so, so rare, but in a weird way that's what makes true friendship so lovely.
Oh, I really like this, and what a great quote to accompany it.
I recently went through a less-than-perfect point in my life, and it was then that I knew where my true friends lied, and thank God for them. I don't know what I would have done without them.
I just found your blog ( via Pinterest! (: ), and I adore it. Gonna explore more!
