I can hardly believe it. The end of last year went by like a whirlwind, and now it's the beginning of another. I know it's been a while, so here are some highlights from the last few months:
- I got the wonderful opportunity to start working at Holly Chapple Flowers with some of these amazing ladies (and man!). On a side note, I am so sad dahlia season is over.
- I experienced the most gorgeous autumn ever! I also hiked at Shenandoah National Park for the first time.
- Vicki, Holly and I did a Garden Style Party Shoot that was featured on The Bride's Cafe!
- I helped coordinate this black & white wedding featured on The Full Bouquet Blog (Holly's blog) with My Simple Details.
- Sadly, I missed many of my Texas friends' graduations, but I sent as many of these wonderful cards as I could:

- I spent part of the Christmas holiday with my family and some old friends friends in Dallas, Texas!
- I posted for the first time on Fig 2 Design Studio's blog! We were also featured on Bright.Bazaar & made Stationery Trends' 10 Designers to Watch in 2012 - Claudia is a rockstar!
- I spent the days before New Years' at a retreat with my wonderful youth students at church, and now that I think about it I can't believe we didn't even take a group picture. Shame on us!
If you know a little about me, you know that I'm on this atypical path of discovery. I'm still trying to find my niche and it's definitely a struggle sometimes, especially financially. But I believe that God is good and that this is the journey is bigger than just me and what I want in life. Anyway, I saw this quote on Pinterest and thought I'd share it with you all.
Cheers & have a happy weekend!
Oh, and one of my resolutions is to post once a week. So hopefully I'll be a bit more regular this year - catch you later!
